Autonomous Intervention
On detecting respiratory cessation, Ornia activates calibrated tactile stimulation locally, on-device. No cloud round-trip, no WiFi dependency — the first response happens in milliseconds, not after a network call.
Hierarchical Alert Escalation
Parent → secondary caregiver → emergency contact. If breathing doesn't resume, Ornia escalates automatically through your configured chain, so a missed notification is never the end of the line.
